General Information
The St. Paul Lutheran Church Mission Property shall consist of the approximately 14 acres and any structures owned by St. Paul Lutheran Church, Newton, North Carolina located on the Startown-Lincolnton Highway, south of the Startown Road and Highway #10 Crossroads.  Public use of the St. Paul Lutheran Church Mission Property is encouraged as a Christian Outreach.  The key to this is to always be mindful of our model, Jesus Christ.  However, this property shall be used in a way that is consistent with the purpose and constitution governing St. Paul Lutheran Church - Startown, Newton, North Carolina.  Any variance will result in the revoking of the permission to use the property.

Completed Reservation Form and deposit must be made within one week of reserving the date. 

Alternate dates can be established if reservations are cancelled due to inclement weather only.

Donation Schedule (Revised 01/15/2017)
No donation is necessary by any group sponsored by St. Paul Lutheran Church

Members & Community Groups Non-Members 
$20.00 Non-Refundable Deposit $70.00 Non-refundable deposit
$10.00 per hour over 2 hour use   $30.00 per hour over 2 hour use
$175 Daily Rate (over 8 hours) $250 Daily Rate (over 8 hours)


A $10.00 refundable key deposit for members and non-members is required at the time of the reservation.

A $40 refundable cleaning deposit is also due at the time of the reservation.
           The cleaning deposit will be refunded after a member of the property team has deemed the property cleaned and satisfactory.

You can expect refunds on deposits by mail within 1 to 2 weeks after your event.

(Except by special reservation)
(*No restroom or clean-up facilities will be available due to winterization)
